About

A product engineering company in Pune

Aeravel Ventures Private Limited was incorporated in Pune in 2026. We do forward deployed product engineering: we take a requirement through to a measured result, with AI in every stage and a person deciding at each gate.

In practice that means we sit inside a client's team. A problem gets pitched with an appetite and its no-gos, sketched, prototyped and grilled as a spec before anything is built. Then it ships behind a flag, and we read the numbers to see whether it worked.

AI drafts, questions and builds at each of those steps. People decide scope, the data model, what merges and what a result means. How we work sets out each stage and where the gates sit.

Track record

Where Pankaj has worked

  1. 2024 to now

Lead product engineer, Cadmus, Melbourne (remote)

Cadmus runs assessments for universities in Australia and the UK, from task design through marking and grade return to the LMS. On the existing LTI integrations he added group sync and deep linking for D2L, a Moodle plugin that syncs extensions from Moodle, and extension sync from Canvas through LTI custom parameters. He also shipped assessment features such as the Hotspot question type and rubric marking. With the groups team he reworked the RFC process into a full product cycle (requirement, fat-marker sketch, prototype, RFC and spec, build, then the data on whether the work moved its OKR) and ran the first projects on it. Every project there now follows that cycle, and the team keeps refining it.

Payments

How clients abroad pay us

Clients outside India pay our invoices through Skydo. Skydo gives us local bank account details in the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and other countries, so a client in one of those countries pays by a local transfer in their own currency and no SWIFT charges apply. The money reaches our bank account in India in rupees.

We chose it for the fee. Up to USD 10,000, Skydo charges a flat fee plus GST on each payment instead of a percentage of it, so the fee on a USD 8,000 payment is USD 29 plus GST. Skydo states that it converts at the live exchange rate with no markup. It also issues a FIRA for each payment. That is the inward remittance certificate Indian exporters keep as proof of export income.

Up to USD 2,000
USD 19 plus GST per payment
USD 2,001 to 10,000
USD 29 plus GST per payment
Above USD 10,000
0.3% of the payment plus GST

If your business is in India and bills clients abroad, you can sign up through our referral link. You might get a discount on Skydo's fees. Its referral page offered USD 30 when we checked, but Skydo sets the offer and who qualifies, so we cannot confirm it for you.

Fees and the referral offer checked on Skydo's site in October 2026. Both can change, so confirm them there before you sign up.
